Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel any goods ordered, from the moment of placing your order, up until the point at which they are dispatched. A full refund will be credited to the payment card account. Please bear in mind that most orders are dispatched the same day they are ordered, therefore the cancellation period may only be a matter of hours. If goods have been dispatched, you may return unwanted items at your own expense and a refund will be provided upon receiving the goods.

Returns Policy

Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty or are damaged during delivery, please contact us describing the problem and we will arrange for a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer. Depending on situation we might ask you to return the goods to us before giving you the refund or let you know that returning the damaged/faulty foods is not necessary. Before returning faulty goods to us, please contact us, so that we could arrange postage paid envelope for your use or cover the cost of returning the faulty goods. Please do not return by courier as we will not refund full courier charges.

Should you decide to return any goods that are not faulty, please ensure you return them to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.  We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using Registered Post as your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We can not accept any responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.

Please enclose your online order number with your return. The order number must be clearly visible.  Please state if you require a refund or exchange. If no such information is included we will process the refund. If you have requested a refund please allow up to 14 days for your reimbursement to appear in your account.  Exchanges will be dispatched dependent on availability; should the items you've requested no longer be in stock we will contact you.

We will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods. We can only accept returns for the items that are clean, unused, unaltered and in a saleable condition  with original packaging and any labels, swing tags etc still attached. Should the returned item not meet these requirements it will be returned back to you.

Due to hygiene reasons underwear is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All clearance items can be exchanged only for other clearance range items of equal value.

All returning parcels are opened within 2 days of being received, excluding weekends.

We will refund the price you paid for the goods.  No changes to the product price since your purchase will affect the refund amount.

Discount codes are non-refundable.

Once we have received the product(s) a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are can not take responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

All refunds are paid only to the card used for the original transaction, which we can only do using the record of an online purchase.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
